K-8 School Tours

Tours for K-8 are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, schools should register as soon as possible. Self-guided tour packets are available upon request for those schools that do not need a tour guide or cannot attend the available tour dates.

School Tour Guidelines

  • Reservations are required.

  • Tours are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Visiting groups cannot exceed 50 student participants.

  • One adult chaperone must be available for every 10 students.

  • All tours are approximately 60-90 minutes in length and begin at Old Main and end at the Jim Click Hall of Champions.

  • Requests must be received a minimum of 15 business days in advance of the requested visit date.

  • Schools are responsible for their own transportation and parking arrangements. Make arrangements by contacting Parking and Transportation Visitor Services at 520-621-3710.

  • All requests will be considered and schools will be notified whether or not we are able to accommodate a request within three business days of submitting.

  • If it is necessary, please cancel in a timely manner in order to free up time slots for other groups.

When

K-8 School Tours are scheduled throughout the academic year.
